Job Description
We are looking for a skilled UI UX Professional to design and improve the UI and UX of our B2B SaaS web products. You should be able to turn simple sketches and high-level ideas into detailed designs and smooth interaction flows.
Your goal will be to create interfaces that are easy to use, accessible, and enjoyable for our users.
What You'll Do:
- Design & Innovate: Create intuitive, user-friendly designs that enhance productivity.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the product team, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business goals into impactful designs.
- User Research: Conduct user research, and usability testing, and gather feedback to understand user needs and pain points.
- Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that communicate design ideas clearly and effectively.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest design trends and best practices to continuously improve our products.
- Iterate: Continuously refine designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive design documentation and guidelines.
- Presentation: Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback.
Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrable Portfolio: We require candidates to showcase a portfolio of live and hosted projects, providing the hiring manager with an opportunity to review their UI/UX work.
- Relevant Experience: At least 2 year of experience in solving complex user problems through user interface design, creating mock-ups and prototypes, as well as documenting interaction patterns for product UI/UX.
- Experience working directly with developers to ensure the successful implementation of a design specifications. Expertise in visual design software Figma.
