Job Description
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who’s excited to create a people-first workplace, build inclusive teams, and align people strategies with our growth goals.

What You'll Do:
- End-to-End Talent Acquisition (Technical and Non-Technical): Own the recruitment lifecycle—from identifying needs to sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-notch talent, ensuring exceptional candidate experiences throughout the process.
- Strategic Hiring: Collaborate with leadership to define hiring roadmaps, meet aggressive hiring goals, and build scalable processes to attract high performers.
- Pipeline Building: Develop a robust talent pipeline to meet future workforce needs, tapping into diverse sourcing channels and fostering relationships with potential candidates and partners.
- HR Operations: Support key HR initiatives, including offer management, compliance, and documentation, ensuring smooth HR operations alongside talent acquisition.
- Culture Champion: Help nurture and promote a vibrant, people-first culture that resonates with the values of ownership, curiosity, and collaboration.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track key TA metrics like time-to-fill, quality of hire, and sourcing channel efficiency to refine processes and enhance performance using ATS.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, particularly in a startup environment or fast-scaling organizations.
- Ownership & Drive: Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and self-motivation to achieve hiring goals and grow professionally.
- Startup Enthusiast: Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic settings and has hands-on experience building teams from the ground up.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and excite high-performing candidates.
- Adaptability: A problem-solver who embraces challenges, adapts quickly to changing priorities, and takes initiative to improve processes.
