Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
-Identify, prioritise, and report software defects and anomalies, working closely with the development team to resolve issues in a timely manner.
-Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand product requirements and specifications, providing valuable input on testability and user experience.
-Design and implement automated test scripts and frameworks to streamline the testing process and improve efficiency.
-Conduct thorough validation of AI models and algorithms, ensuring accuracy, robustness, and compliance with industry standards and best practices.
-Participate in product design and code reviews to identify potential quality issues and recommend enhancements or optimizations.
-Manage incoming user queries regarding product, onboard users, provide support. Provide proactive and timely support and guidance to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Application, or similar degree
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact with customers at all levels
- Tech-savvy with a solid understanding and interest in email marketing and emerging technologies
