About the job
Product Development:
- Oversee all aspects of product development, from understanding customer pain points to creating wireframes and writing feature specifications.
- Ensure the quality of releases by collaborating closely with engineering teams.
Customer-Centric Solutions:
- Develop a fully configurable, customizable platform designed to serve millions of users.
- Create an omni-channel experience (Phone, Email, Chat, Bots, Social) to enhance customer service.
- Design tools for admins to build complex business processes and SLAs with ease.
- Develop self-serve capabilities to reduce customer effort.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Solve customer problems through product design and development.
- Engage with end-users to deeply understand their pain points and validate hypotheses.
- Break down complex problems into manageable chunks for incremental progress.
- Document product features with detailed specifications, use cases, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver product features.
- Work with sales, pre-sales, service teams, and enterprise customers to gather insights and create a differentiated product offering.
Drive Company Success
- Support Strategic Goals: Promote and support the execution of the company's strategic goals and objectives.
- Assist in Decision Making: Provide research, analysis, and insights to assist the founder in making informed decisions.
Deliver Outstanding Support
- Manage Communications: Handle incoming and outgoing communications with efficiency and professionalism.
- Provide Administrative Support: Offer proactive and timely administrative support to the founder, ensuring smooth operations.
Collaborate and Innovate
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Design and Engineering team to drive product success.
- Drive Innovation: Collect valuable feedback and insights to drive improvements and innovations within the company.
About you:
Experience:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in product management.
- At least 2 years of experience in SaaS businesses, with a focus on customer-centric processes such as sales, marketing, service, or customer experience.
- Experience in building products for sales automation, marketing automation, growth tools etc. is a plus.
Qualities for Success:
- Passionate about identifying and solving customer pain points.
- Strong understanding of usability and user interface design.
- Skilled in conducting user research, market analysis, and competitive analysis to build differentiated products.
- Proficient in creating various product artifacts to aid understanding across the organization.
