Key Responsibilities:
-Supporting B2B / B2C sales for ReachInbox.
-Troubleshoot, setup, follow-up for the account.
-Ensure product onboarding and product performance is successful.
-Act as a sole point of contact to handle all the queries of assigned Key Accounts and provide great User Experience (UX) and Customer Relationship Management.
-Managing multiple accounts simultaneously, prioritize tasks and meeting the deadlines.
-Collaborate with cross functional teams such as sales, marketing, product development and customer support to ensure alignment in delivering value to Key Accounts and driving overall company success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Application, or similar diploma
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact with customers at all levels
- Tech-savvy with a solid understanding and interest in email marketing and emerging technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
