Job Description 

 

We seek a proactive Founder’s Office individual skilled in streamlined Operational activities, executing strategic partnerships collaboratively, managing projects effectively, conducting market research, and supporting business planning and product improvement initiatives.

 

What You'll Do:

 

Support and Collaborate: Assist the founder in managing daily operations, strategic initiatives, and decision-making, while taking ownership of key projects and tasks.

Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement a sales strategy in collaboration with the executive team, oversee sales operations, and streamline processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Market Research and Data Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify growth opportunities, understand customer needs, and analyze sales data to drive strategic decisions.

Relationship Management and Representation: Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term collaborations.

Administrative and Team Support: Provide proactive administrative support to the founder, manage communications, and collaborate with various teams to drive innovation and achieve strategic goals.

 

Candidate Profile:

 

  • Proactive and detail-oriented - Must have At least one year of experience in roles such as Founder’s Office or B2B SaaS Sales.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal. Confidently represent the company in a variety of settings.
  • Tech-savvy with a solid understanding and interest in email marketing and emerging technologies
  • Passionate about helping customers achieve their goals and excited to be part of a growing and innovative company
