About the job:
Be the Right Hand
- Support the Founder: Assist the founder in managing day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
- Assume Responsibility: Take ownership of key projects and tasks, ensuring timely and effective execution.
Sales Strategy & Market Research:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy in collaboration with the founder and executive team.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify growth opportunities and understand customer needs and competitors.
- Set clear goals and ensure accountability to achieve sales targets.
Relationship Management & Brand Representation:
- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
Sales Operations & Process Optimization:
- Oversee daily sales operations, including forecasting and pipeline management.
- Streamline sales processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
Data Analysis & Performance Evaluation:
- Collect and analyze sales data to generate insights for strategic decision-making.
- Regularly assess sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.
Drive Company Success
- Support Strategic Goals: Promote and support the execution of the company's strategic goals and objectives.
- Assist in Decision Making: Provide research, analysis, and insights to assist the founder in making informed decisions.
Deliver Outstanding Support
- Manage Communications: Handle incoming and outgoing communications with efficiency and professionalism.
- Provide Administrative Support: Offer proactive and timely administrative support to the founder, ensuring smooth operations.
Collaborate and Innovate
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to support the founder's initiatives.
- Drive Innovation: Collect valuable feedback and insights to drive improvements and innovations within the company.
About you:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with prior experience in a B2B SaaS company
- Tech-savvy with a solid understanding and interest in email marketing and emerging technologies
- Experience: At least one year of experience in roles such as Founder’s Office or B2B SaaS Sales
- Flexibility: Adaptable to changing schedules.
