About the job
We are seeking Associate Product Manager with a dynamic skilled in customer-centric product development, adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to innovate and deliver impactful solutions that address customer needs effectively.
What You'll Do:
- Develop Vision and Strategy: Create a clear product vision and strategy aligned with market needs and company goals, supported by thorough market research and competitive analysis.
- MVP Development and Iteration: Oversee the development of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP), gather user feedback, and iteratively improve the product.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive product development and execution.
- Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, including product positioning, messaging, pricing, and distribution.
- Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement: Track product performance metrics post-launch, iterate based on feedback, and continuously improve the product for long-term success.
- Product Documentation: Document product ideas and features backed by thorough competitor analysis and user research to validate use cases, create prototypes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and implement these concepts effectively. Develop tailored content to boost user adoption, facilitate internal training, and enhance marketing initiatives.
- Global Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key global customers, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Customer Insights and Product Enhancement: Empathetically address customer needs, drawing insights from interactions to suggest product improvements.
Candidate Profile:
Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in building products for SaaS businesses, with a focus on Sales Automation, Marketing Automation, Lead Generation, CRM, and other Growth-centric software.
